At The Little Outfit Sales Store, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction as we do in crafting our boys’ clothing collections. If your little gentleman’s outfit isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections, including our popular dungarees, casual outfits, and Bermuda shorts. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nightwear & underwear (including boxer shorts and pyjamas) unless faulty. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all our little customers.
How to Return an Item
Our returns process is as simple as dressing your little one in our easy-wear outfits:
- Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll refund your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or style from our collections? Our exchange process ensures your little one gets the perfect fit:
- Follow the standard return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange
- Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days via your original shipping method
If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the difference.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
